Gratitude

My personal favorite power word.

“I am grateful that I am (fill-in-the-blank).”

By adding the power word “grateful”, you’ve now added power by assuming that what you are affirming is already there.

If you are grateful for something , you persuade your mind to believe it is already there. Not hoping it is there, not maybe there in the future, but there. Now.

And when you tell your mind it is there, you start to believe it.

You can see it in your mind’s eye. You can feel it in your bones.

In fact, once you believe it, it’s impossible to not feel it.

That is why it always comes back to belief.

Believe something to the point that you feel it in your very being, then it becomes your reality.

When that happens you start to live that life you believe, whatever it is.

You walk in your belief, you act on your belief, and bit by bit you start to manifest that belief into your reality.

You become what you believe.

You’ve rewired your mind and your mind changed your life.

Gratitude Affirmations

Gratitude affirmations are the simplest and easiest way to rewire your mind with gratitude.

You need no special skills or training, you don’t need to “harness your energy” or block out distractions or do anything difficult.

You just need to say things until they stick.

You can do gratitude affirmations anytime, anywhere.

In fact, doing gratitude affirmations at random times using whatever is around you in your environment is a great way to inspire your mind to a little more creativity.

You can even take a quick break right now to look around the room and be grateful for five things you see. Anything. You can even be grateful for you (which I also recommend).

I just did and I immediately feel more positive.

It works fast.

So go for it and give it a try.

It’s easy and you have absolutely nothing to lose.

If your affirmation doesn’t stick on the first try, that’s okay. Just keep going.

Repeat it a few times until your mind takes it in and you feel it.

Then repeat similar gratitude affirmations throughout the day, every day.

As you do, you are rewiring your thoughts positively.
