I’ve spoken often on this site of the benefits of practicing gratitude as a means of increasing your appreciation for what you have as well as what you hope to have, and changing your mindset.

Appreciating your life more, and as a result, having more to appreciate.

Whether it be more money, more success, better relationships, better health, the list goes on.

But we’re human beings.

We get caught up in the work of the day or even the boredom of some days and we need help to stay on top of good habits or start new ones.

We need good reminders to get and maintain good things.
